Contract Manager Austria

Reporting to the Project Manager and in close collaboration with the Legal Department of the office, the Contract Manager will deal with: • Revision of the contract; • Notification of complaints; • Complaints drafting and management in collaboration with the Legal Department; • Analysis of accounting data and work schedule to be used in order to ensure compliance with the contract; • Preparation of reserves; • Dispute management. Requirements: The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics: • Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines; • Previous experience in the role of at least 3 years; • Excellent knowledge of FIDIC contracts; • Previous work experience abroad, possibly in Europe; • Good knowledge of the English language and preferibily of the German language. Soft Skills: • Willingness to work for long periods abroad; • Accuracy; • Good problem solving skills; • Excellent communication skills.
