Human Resources Business Partner

For our international Client, Leader in Logistic Industry we are looking for a HRBP. He / She will be responsible as HR Business Partner for some Warehouses based on Lombardia. Main responsibility : Daily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business; Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic; Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting; Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment; Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers; Delivery of the HR plans, Policies and Procedures; What we need from you : At least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries; Bachelors degree in Legal or Economic Strong experience within Industrial Relations Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy Strong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organization Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people J-18808-Ljbffr
