Your Role Your duties and responsibilities: Manage investigation of banking fraud cases in cooperation with the internet banking teams and the fraud analysis team. Support the ongoing response to the threat of fraud. Assist our clients in analyzing complex cases. Write reports on cases analyzed, following guidelines. Identify actions and countermeasures to prevent and mitigate banking frauds. Monitor decisions of the ABF (Arbitro Bancario Finanziario) regarding banking frauds. Other duties may be assigned as your role expands. Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Master's degree with distinction in Computer Science/Engineering or an equivalent degree. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Self-motivated with the ability to deliver awareness sessions on fraud risks. Knowledge of payment instruments used in digital banking (App and Web). Knowledge of main fraudulent schemes, especially in finance and payment systems. Proven investigative experience dealing with fraud. High attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Awareness of how local government and institutions operate regarding antifraud measures. Fluent in English and Italian. What We Offer Permanent employment contract. Location Assago, Rome.
