The Sense Experience Resort , an exclusive resort inaugurated in late July 2020 in the heart of Maremma Toscana, immersed in a 5-hectare natural park by the sea in the Gulf of Follonica, near the suggestive area of Torre Mozza, with a private beach and a Michelin-starred restaurant, is seeking a Front Office Agent for the summer season 2025. Responsibilities: Greet guests and perform all check-in and check-out procedures; Manage cash operations during your shift; Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments for service delivery and interface with other departments for any needs. We will appreciate you if… You have a friendly smile to show to our guests and colleagues; You can work under pressure with a positive attitude; You are proactive and take initiative; You enjoy working in a team because, while solo we go faster, together we go further; You speak fluent English and another language (German would be a plus); Previous experience in the same role is a plus!
