The Servo Motor Product Support & Application Engineer will oversee both strategic and hands-on aspects of our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, ensuring support for commercial opportunities through technical, customer-facing, and support management activities. This role is essential in providing day-to-day support for commercial activities, enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and experience. It acts as a bridge between product management, engineering, and regional drive centres to deliver application expertise, resolve challenges, and promote product adoption. Key Responsibilities : Commercial Product Support Management Quotation & Proposal Management Segment / Regional Support Bid Coordination Margin & Profitability Analysis Order Management & Fulfilment Forecasting & Pipeline Support Product and Application Engineering & Support Commercial Enablement & Training Product Lifecycle & Feedback Integration Cross-Functional Collaboration Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Customer Advocacy & Relationship Building Travel Requirements : A minimum of 25% travel, including overnight stays and out-of-hours meetings, with potential for increased travel based on business needs.
