Director of Controls Line

Carlo Gavazzi, an international group active in designing, manufacturing, and marketing electronic equipment, is searching for a Director of Controls Line based in Belluno. The Business Line Controls operations mainly take place in Belluno (120 employees), with some product lines located in China. Main Responsibilities : Leading the business in areas including Sourcing Operations, R&D, Product Management, Product Sales Support, and maintaining a strong interface with the Sales Organization and Customers. Ensuring operational efficiency. Developing business management goals and objectives to support growth. Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to achieve set goals. Ensuring the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities. Expected Profile and Requirements : Master’s degree in Engineering; an MBA is a plus. Deep knowledge of the Automation Components Business (products, customers, and market). Familiarity with factory sourcing operations. Strong experience in Research & Development and Product Management. Proven experience as a business manager or in a relevant role. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development. Ability to drive change and improve business results. Capability to organize and coordinate operations for maximum productivity. Residence in the Belluno area and availability to travel, especially to China, are required.
