For a multinational e-commerce company, we are looking for a Brand Specialist. Work location: Milan. Responsibilities Identify EU industry opportunities through deep data analytics and provide strategic recommendations to enhance business performance. Drive supply-chain operational excellence by reducing costs, defects, and lead times, and managing stock in the fulfillment center. Recommend marketing and advertising strategies for promoting new products, increasing traffic, and boosting conversion rates. Manage product launches, identify product gaps, onboard new products, and oversee their ramp-up, including competitor benchmarking and content creation. Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience. Fluent in Italian and English (minimum C1 level). At least 12 months of professional experience in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Consulting. Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint).
