Service Development Professional

Job Title A product development professional is sought to spearhead the creation and implementation of service offerings that cater to customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders, including service leaders and global product managers, to define and shape these offerings. Key responsibilities include product lifecycle management, accompanying product launch activities, creating service-related documentation, managing spare parts and service kits, and ensuring data is properly documented and stored. Additionally, the role involves supporting service training initiatives, managing end-of-service communication, and refining remote service processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting PI-objectives for service, measuring and analyzing service performance, and implementing data-driven improvements. Furthermore, the role requires conducting market research, working closely with business development to gather and prioritize customer needs, and translating them into new service products or offerings. Strategic projects may involve supporting integration processes, contributing to positioning service as a driver for profit, and developing knowledge within the service organization about CSSD applications and related infection control norms and regulations. A strong ability to identify customer needs and transform them into service requirements and strategic G2M plans is essential.
