Select appropriate dialysis methods, devices, and personalize treatment based on patient conditions. Ensure high-quality patient care through therapy selection. Handle all medical issues encountered during duties, seeking consultations or arranging transfers when necessary. Collaborate with nurses during dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination. Review reports and healthcare activities to ensure quality and compliance. Perform medical assessments for patient admissions and complete health documentation. Maintain and update medical records for patients.
