R&D Packaging Engineer

Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in the consumer healthcare sector, is looking for an R&D Packaging Engineer. Work area: Pomezia Annual salary: €34,000 - €40,000 Experience: 1 year Responsibilities: Partner with the cross-functional team to execute package development activities with minimal supervision. Develop and align packaging development plans with the franchise squads. Execute projects with technical rigor and translate outputs into specifications. Qualifications: Background in Mechanical / Polymer, Plastics, or Chemical Engineering. Work experience: 2 years in new package development/technology transfer in CPG, food, or pharmaceutical companies. Excellent English level. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Demonstrates specialized knowledge, experience, and skill in scientific analysis. Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
