YOUR MISSION: For our upcoming PUMA store opening at Fidenza Outlet Village, we are looking for talented individuals eager to challenge themselves in a dynamic, sporty environment, focusing on the following objectives: Ensure the store meets sales and KPI targets alongside the Store Manager through medium- to long-term strategies, expense control, sales, and customer service. Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with PUMA values. Process sales, exchanges, and returns at the register according to company discount policies. Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, and developing team members through ongoing performance monitoring. Analyze customer profiles and sales trends to guide business decisions with the Store Manager. Support the Store Manager in communicating, managing, and executing marketing initiatives and events within budget and company procedures. YOUR TALENT: Applicants registered with mandatory employment lists (L-68/99) are welcome. 2-3 years of managerial experience in retail focused on customer service, preferably in apparel and footwear. Passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the commercial sector. Friendly, reliable personality with a customer-oriented approach. Skills in recruiting and managing new team members. Ability to present information effectively to large groups. Outgoing with strong communication and motivation skills. Willingness to travel for short trips within Italy and Europe.
