Facility Manager – Protected Categories Staff (Italian Law “n. 68 / 1999”) F&M Ingegneria is looking for a candidate, belonging to the Protected Categories Staff according to the Italian Law n. 68 / 99, to be placed in the main office in Mirano (VE) with the role of Facility Manager . The figure will be responsible for : Supervision and operational management of office spaces with the objective of maintaining order and decorum and detecting any faults / disruptions (meeting rooms, common areas etc.); Supporting users in receiving and handling reports related to the environment and safety; Support in various activities such as management of external services related to the company car fleet, document filing etc.; Accompanying internal / external staff to third-party locations. The job involves interfacing with all company functions. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements : Secondary School Diploma / Professional Qualification; Possession of the Italian “B” driver’s license; Registration in the Protected Categories Staff, in accordance with Italian Law 68 / 99; Previous experience in office management or similar roles; Good familiarity with computer tools (in particular, Office); Reliability and sense of responsibility; Good organizational skills; Excellent communication skills and predisposition to work in a team.
