As Deliveroo grows, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants, providing support and data-driven insights to foster their growth. The Account Manager focuses on maintaining relationships within the Italian market, collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to serve our top brands. This role is based in Rome and reports to the Account Lead. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting relationships Monitoring and analyzing performance, conducting partner review meetings Managing operational meetings, delivering insights during reviews Increasing revenue and health metrics through consulting on best practices Identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships by collaborating with other departments Requirements At least 1 year of experience in account management or sales Experience in building long-term relationships Fluency in English Workplace & Benefits We prioritize our people's welfare, offering benefits such as healthcare, well-being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave.
