Main responsibilities and accountabilities: Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to Managers on our company sites, focusing on the Rovereto production unit. Implement global HR processes and initiatives. Manage recruitment and workforce planning, including handling recruitment agency contracts. Define employment contracts and general conditions. Oversee training and development programs, including those funded by the government. Manage union relations and change management initiatives. Support organizational and individual development. Handle employee relations and address employee issues; support staff with daily requirements. Coordinate with the internal payroll team to provide HR inputs for payroll processing. Ensure all contractual and administrative requirements are fulfilled timely. Provide legal and regulatory advice, ensuring compliance with policies and activities. Maintain the accuracy of HR processes and data in HRIS Workday. Advocate HR programs and communicate the business values of HR initiatives. Implement the HR agenda aligned with the company's people strategy and core values. Your profile We seek a passionate HR professional, preferably with a university degree and at least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a production environment with union relations. The candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization, understanding core HR processes such as recruiting, learning & development, compensation, performance management, leadership, change management, employee relations, and HR policies. Good knowledge of the Italian labor framework is essential. A positive attitude toward change and the ability to work autonomously while learning from others are important. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required. The role is based in Rovereto (TN), with availability for business trips to other sites.
