Under the supervision and support of a senior staff member, the intern will be responsible for the following activities: Area Selezione: Drafting and posting job advertisements; Screening resumes; Phone interviews; Candidate interviews; Support in structured selection processes; Presenting interviewed candidates to clients; Administrative and managerial activities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree; a Master's in Human Resources is a plus; Good knowledge of IT tools; English proficiency at B2 level; Own a car (automunita); The ideal candidate also possesses: Good organizational skills; Flexibility; Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines; Strong customer and result orientation.
