Intermediate Visual Designer

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an Intermediate Visual Designer to create compelling content that tells retailer stories, enhances visual design quality, and boosts engagement. The role includes mentoring junior designers to ensure high-quality output. WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop concepts for digital content that maintain retailer brand consistency and visual appeal to increase engagement. Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance for their development. Build scalable solutions for content production to improve efficiency. Execute test plans and prototypes under the guidance of Senior Designers or Design Leads. Create custom promotional pages and publications using design tools and internal systems. Design social media ads for multiple platforms using design tools and HTML/CSS to drive engagement and increase spend. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A diploma or degree in graphic design or a related field. Strong English communication skills for daily interaction with Canadian colleagues. Over 3 years of experience in the design industry. At least 1 year of leadership experience. Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; proficiency in Figma. Basic HTML/CSS skills. WHAT WILL HELP YOU THE MOST A high growth mindset and willingness to push boundaries.
