Team Leader IT – Business Intelligence (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Team Leader IT – Business Intelligence to lead our BI initiatives and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. YOUR TASKS Act as a liaison between IT and business units to translate analytical needs into impactful solutions. Ensure the smooth operation and strategic development of BI platforms and reporting tools. Align BI strategies with company goals and market trends. Mentor and guide BI team members to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions. Explore and integrate AI and ML capabilities to automate insights and support advanced analytics. Promote FinOps principles and data governance frameworks. YOUR PROFILE Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data platforms/architecture, and strategic alignment. Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement. Experience with Microsoft Azure BI Services & AI/ML integration. Strong communication and organizational skills.
