You’ll work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and product stakeholders to deliver modular, scalable systems that support demanding AI and HPC workloads. Key Responsibilities Architect and define end-to-end OCP-based rack and data center systems Collaborate with PCB engineers and hardware/system architects Translate complex technical requirements into scalable infrastructure designs Lead thermal, power, and mechanical design studies Manage PCB BoMs and source component alternatives as needed Ensure signal integrity and compliance with high-speed communication standards Support AI hardware/firmware integration needs Provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams ✅ What You Bring 8 years of experience in OCP architecture, data center infrastructure, or related areas Deep knowledge of Open Compute Project standards and reference designs Proven expertise in high-speed, complex PCB designs Solid understanding of power distribution, thermal design, and mechanical integration Familiarity with AI-focused hardware and scal Experience with BoM ownership and sourcing strategy Hands-on mindset and strong technical ownership Strong communication skills and fluency in English (C1 or above) Degree in a relevant technical field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) What’s in It for You Flexible working hours – You own your schedule Competitive compensation – Based on your depth of impact High-tech environment – Work on real innovation, not legacy Strategic growth path – Take ownership in a fast-scaling, purpose-driven company ☕ Free coffee, snacks & Spanish lessons – Get the full Barcelona experience ✈️ Visa sponsorship – Relocation support for international top talent Live and work in Barcelona – Where tech meets lifestyle Ready to Build Europe’s Next Digital Infrastructure?
