We’re looking for a Senior Technical Team Manager who thrives in a complex technical environment and knows how to get the best out of highly skilled engineers. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team and bridge the gap between deep technical work and business execution — all while helping shape a culture of autonomy, focus and excellence. If you’re motivated by people, performance and engineering craft — this role is for you. Your mission Lead a senior technical team with clear strategic and technical direction. Foster a culture of trust, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Act as the connection between your team, other technical functions, and the business. Plan, prioritize, and follow up on tasks and deadlines. Mentor team members and help them grow through regular feedback and coaching. Define best practices, development processes and performance metrics. Report progress to management, flagging risks and celebrating achievements. ✅ What you bring 6 years of experience in technical environments (software, digital hardware, IP, SoC…). 2 years leading teams of 5 engineers. A strong technical foundation that allows you to understand engineering trade-offs and engage deeply with senior engineers. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Leadership that inspires accountability, engagement and growth. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Bonus points if you Have experience in the semiconductor industry (CPU architecture, SoC design, RISC-V, etc.). Are familiar with modern hardware verification methodologies (UVM, formal verification, coverage metrics). Have worked in fast-paced or international tech environments.
