Job Description Job Description Jet's Pizza is currently seeking energetic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our dynamic team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers by preparing menu items, maintaining a clean work environment, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of high-quality food items, including making pizzas, salads, and other menu items according to Jet's Pizza's recipes and standards. Operate kitchen equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough rollers, following safety procedures and guidelines. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized work environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and standards. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Assist with various tasks within the store, such as inventory management, stocking supplies, and answering phones. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Qualifications & Requirements: Previous experience in food preparation, customer service, or a related field preferred, but not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
