Warehouse Supervisor

Minimum Requirements Matric Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management (Highly Advantageous) Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle 3 5 years experience in a similar role Must be willing to work day & night shift Strong Leadership Skills and will be managing a team of 5 warehousing staff MS Office & Excel (Intermediate) Exceptional attention to detail Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed Ensure accurate stock records using inventory management systems Conduct regular audits and cycle counts Manage inbound and outbound shipments Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work environment Enforce safety regulations and protocols Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments (e.g., procurement, logistics) Ensure clear communication between shifts and with other teams Resolve customer or shipment issues promptly
