We are looking for a dedicated Sugar Cane Farm Manager to oversee all operations on our farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring optimal crop yield, and implementing strategies to increase productivity. As a Sugar Cane Farm Manager, you will also be in charge of supervising farm staff, maintaining equipment, and complying with relevant agricultural regulations. Manage all aspects of sugar cane cultivation Supervise farm activities and staff Implement strategies to improve crop yield Maintain and repair farm equipment Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations
