AI Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Analyse internal systems and business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Identify where AI or automation tools can reduce manual input and streamline workflows. Research, evaluate, and recommend fit-for-purpose AI platforms and solutions. Design and implement automation workflows using low-code or no-code tools (not limited to coding). Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and manage project rollouts. Document processes and monitor the performance of implemented solutions. Stay informed on emerging AI trends and technologies to keep the company ahead of the curve. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years experience in a role involving business process analysis, AI tool implementation, or automation projects. Proven ability to identify and implement technology-based process improvements (beyond just software development). Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments. Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning and using new platforms and tools. Solid understanding of project workflows and business operations. Nice to Have: Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
