Job Description

The Recruiter will manage all head office recruitment activities. This role is responsible for end-to-end hiring, from understanding departmental requirements to onboarding selected candidates. The recruiter will communicate and provide feedback to both the HR Manager and the line managers, ensuring that hiring needs are met promptly with top talent aligned to organizational goals. Key responsibilities: Communicate with Head Office line managers to identify hiring needs, define role requirements, and set clear expectations for each position. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that best match role requirements. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability in terms of skills, experience, and cultural fit. Prepare and summarize CVs and interview notes for line managers and department heads to assist in their decision-making. Coordinate interview scheduling between shortlisted candidates and department representatives. Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep line managers informed on recruitment progress. Ensure all vacancies are filled within set timelines with suitable and qualified candidates. Manage the full onboarding process, including offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities. Deliver a comprehensive induction and onboarding process for new head office employees in collaboration with relevant departments. Maintain a talent database and ensure all recruitment records are up-to-date and accurate. Provide weekly recruitment records and reports to the HR Manager. Assist with all ad hoc requests within the HR departments based on operational requirements
