Job Description
Duties: Oversee the full scope of housekeeping operations, ensuring consistency, quality and attention to detail across all rooms and shared spaces Lead, support and mentor a team of housekeeping stewards, setting a steady tone and pace for the day Coordinate closely with hosts, laundry and maintenance teams to keep guest transitions smooth and seamless Take pride in systems, managing supplies, schedules and standards with clarity and care Balance hands-on work with leadership, always staying close to the details that make a space feel truly looked after Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma in Hospitality will be an advantage A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Housekeeping Management role within a 5* luxury property High level of physical endurance Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal Must be computer literate Leadership experience Strong training skills and experience Effective rostering abilities Knowledgeable with the controlling of expenses and inventories Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Preference will be given to candidates from Franschhoek and neighbouring areas
