Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports. Monitor financial performance and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Maintain robust internal controls and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements. Oversee year-end processes and external audits. Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial goals into overall business plans. Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom in Accounting or Finance; CA(SA) or CIMA an advantage. At least 5 years experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a product or technical environment. Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and advanced Excel. Proven ability to analyse complex data and present clear recommendations.
