Requirements: · Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer. · Minimum of 10 years' experience in the planning, procurement and administration of municipal services. · Experience in the planning of infrastructure utilizing Civil3D, WaterMate, PipeMate or similar design software. · Experience in contract administration. · Experience in professional services tendering and agreements. · Experience and understanding of statutory approval processes. · Experience in construction contract documentation compilation (SAICE GCC) and procurement processes.
