Senior Electrical Engineer – Solar

Our client has been in the renewable energy sector for over a decade, and theyre on the hunt for a Senior Electrical Engineer to help design cutting-edge sustainable power solutions. Were looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Solar PV and BESS systems. Youll lead engineering projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation in the renewable energy space. Requirements: · Professional registration with ECSA, or eligibility to register within the next year. · Minimum 7 years of post-qualification electrical engineering experience. · Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the design of Solar PV sites of 1MW and above (including utility-scale projects), as well as BESS systems of 500kWh or higher. · Experience in supporting the implementation and operations of Solar PV sites 1MW (including utility scale sites) and higher, and BESS 500kWh or higher. · Minimum 4 years of experience managing a team. · Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PVSyst, Helioscope & AutoCAD electrical.
