Permanent Placement, dedicated to the search and selection of qualified personnel for direct employment with client companies, is seeking for an alimentary company: OPERAIO / A VICE CAPO REPARTO (PRODUZIONE ALIMENTARE) After an initial training period, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff and organizing shifts, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Responsibilities include: Supervising production activities during the shift Coordinating line personnel (packaging, IV and V gamma) Verifying adherence to production plans and intervening in case of deviations Monitoring the proper functioning of plants and machinery Ensuring compliance with HACCP and workplace safety regulations Training new staff on company procedures Reporting anomalies or non-conformities Requirements: Experience in a similar role, preferably in food companies Knowledge of production technologies and raw materials Leadership skills, operational problem-solving, and organizational abilities Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations Flexibility with working hours and availability for shifts Offer: Direct employment in the company, either full-time or part-time, depending on the profile Position classified according to the Food Artisans' National Collective Labour Agreement, with salary range between €24,000 and €30,000 based on experience Working hours: Day shifts from 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 Work location: Pescantina Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week This advertisement is addressed to all individuals, regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198/2006.
