Your responsibilities and tasks: Responsibility for the successful delivery of projects covering the technologies and applications portfolio of the Specialty Lines & Machines. Continuous project monitoring to ensure alignment with company standards, budgets, and deadlines. Provide reporting to management and stakeholders. Overall risk management to identify criticalities. Track and drive deliverables and milestones of the projects. Manage relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle. Your profile and qualifications: University Degree in engineering or equivalent educational level. Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management. Deep application know-how and end-to-end process expertise. Experience mainly in relevant industry fields (food/packaging/bakery sector preferred). Knowledge of project management methodology and tools. Problem-solving management skills and ability to handle complex technical situations and challenges. International environment exposure and experience. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a second language is a plus. Strong customer orientation and capability to face customers directly, especially in high-stress situations. Understanding of overall Business Unit needs and targets beyond specific areas of responsibility. Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
