Position: Credit Analyst - Corporate & Investment Bank The Credit Risk Management unit within the Chief Risk Officer department is seeking a Credit Analyst responsible for credit analysis and monitoring of a portfolio of Italian MidCaps Corporates. Responsibilities: Perform quality credit analysis, including financial and economic performance evaluation, risk drivers identification, and downcase scenario assessment. Support senior credit officers in managing credit requests, analyzing risk/reward profiles, and proposing risk mitigation strategies. Ensure accurate, timely responses to business requests. Monitor and report credit exposures and identify early warning signals. Prepare documentation for Credit Committee and Senior Management Committees. Represent the team during internal audits and regulatory inspections. Skills: Graduate or postgraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field. Knowledge of credit products, documentation, and approval processes. Understanding of credit-related regulatory requirements. Awareness of reputational, compliance, and legal risks associated with credit approval. Self-motivated with a structured approach, high attention to detail, and strong synthesis skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong relationship-building skills across divisions and regions. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
