For our client, an international leading Cosmetics Company, we are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist with proven experience as a functional analyst in SAP FI-CO . This role will be key in managing the Group's international projects. Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements related to Financial and Controlling processes for both national and international projects. Design and implement SAP FI-CO solutions. Configure the SAP system to meet business needs and ensure data integrity. Support testing, training, and user adoption. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience Required Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in SAP FI-CO, preferably in the Retail sector. Strong knowledge of financial processes and SAP best practices. Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in English. Location: Bergamo - hybrid (40% of smartworking on a monthly basis, with the possibility to use the Milan office once a week).
