Opportunity and your responsibilities: Task Organization: Plan, coordinate, and monitor testing activities, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Implementation of Best Practices: Follow and promote best practices in testing, ensuring efficient and high-quality processes. Reporting and Documentation: Create detailed reports on testing results and keep documentation up-to-date to ensure traceability and transparency. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts based on project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure clear understanding of project goals and results. Participate in the design and (optional) implementation of testing frameworks and automation tools. Maintain and update testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Assist in identifying and managing project risks and issues. Support the PMO in planning, monitoring, and reporting on the project, if necessary. The skills we are looking for: A relevant degree. At least 5 years of experience in test management in the banking and insurance sectors. Proven experience as a Test Analyst/Tester or similar role. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and Agile methodologies. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities in the PMO or functional analysis, if necessary. Nice to have: Knowledge of testing tools and main Test Management platforms/products (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) and familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is an advantage. A strategic mindset and a passion for quality assurance.
