Take a look at our handbook to discover our core values and processes. The opportunity : We are looking to hire an experienced SRE to become a Services BU Lead with strong leadership capabilities. You will lead and organize the SRE practice in Agile Lab, managing multiple services with a focus on high-quality delivery. Salary : 45K - 67.5K Responsibilities : Analyze designs and implement complex infrastructures; Challenge team processes, seeking improvements; Communicate with self-awareness; Set direction for the delivery of multiple services; Identify strategic technical debt and provide cost / benefit analysis for its elimination; Understand the business landscape and stakeholder expectations; Lead recruiting efforts and capacity planning; Assist team members with delivery when needed; Produce quality metrics; Manage team members with diverse skill sets effectively.
