Primary Responsibilities Include Developing HR strategy by identifying human resource needs, anticipating future requirements, and creating effective policies at Splendido, considering the unique staffing demands driven by seasonal operations. Recruiting and selecting top-tier candidates for all hotel positions, including proactive strategies for peak seasons, and making recommendations for hiring decisions. Facilitating employee onboarding and orientation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Managing performance, employee relations, and engagement through conflict management, open communication, and team-building initiatives. Collaborating with the Divisional HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and initiatives. Managing and reporting on HR metrics and activities using Belmond and LVMH systems, providing timely and accurate data for decision-making. Requirements You are an experienced HR Manager with a background in the hospitality industry. What You Bring At least 6 years of professional experience in HR roles. Experience in hospitality at a managerial level. Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR management. Experience creating and leading employee development and training programs. Preferred experience with Zucchetti payroll systems. Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
