HR Manager

Our Client, a leading company in its reference sector, has asked us to look for the following professional figure: HR MANAGER In line with the Group strategy, the Human Resources Manager will lead the human resources department, supervising all processes related to talent attraction, development, succession planning, remuneration policies, union negotiations, and ensuring the correct functional management aligned with the company's objectives. Responsibilities: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital; Serve as the company's representative in liaising with Union representatives; Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance; Manage and track the Compensation & Benefits budget, Headcount, Contractors, and other HR data in partnership with Finance; Update information in the HR system to ensure data accuracy and consistency; Supervise the payroll cycle and manage the external HR administration services provider; Address employee demands, grievances, or other issues to bridge management and employee relations; Manage the recruitment and selection process; Promote corporate values and shape a positive culture and working environment; Work closely with the General Manager to support all employees. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, Psychology, or another relevant field; Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles with a generalist background; Proven experience in managing Union relationships; Experience in a manufacturing context is a plus; Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Willingness to travel.
