Position Overview: Leidos' National Security Sector (NSS) is seeking a highly experienced Cyber Operations Planner to support APOLLO / OPIAS in Tampa, FL. The role involves operational planning, integration, and execution of cyberspace operations in coordination with Joint, Interagency, and Coalition partners. This position focuses on aligning cyberspace capabilities with strategic objectives and integrating cyber operations into broader Influence Operations and Joint campaign planning. The position is contingent upon future contract award. Possible Locations: MacDill, Tampa, FL Al Udeid, Qatar Fort Meade, Maryland Northcom, Colorado Springs, CO Camp Humphreys, Korea Arifjan, Kuwait Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii Fort Eisenhower, Georgia Offutt AFB, Omaha, NE Naval Base Norfolk, Virginia Southcom, Doral, FL JB San Antonio, Texas Stuttgart, Germany Vicenza, Italy Tyndall AFB, Florida Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and integrate offensive and defensive cyber operations plans with partners. Conduct mission analysis and produce planning deliverables using standard frameworks like JOPP and MDMP. Synchronize cyberspace operations with other Information Forces such as MISO, OPSEC, MILDEC, EW, and Public Affairs. Collaborate with JCCs, Combatant Commands, and CPTs to align capabilities and mitigate threats. Assess adversarial cyber capabilities and propose mitigations based on the evolving environment. Deliver briefings, operational plans, and decision support products to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. 7 years of experience in cyberspace operations or planning, with at least 3 supporting a Joint staff, service component, or combatant command. Proficiency in cyber doctrine (e.g., JP 3-12, JP 5-0). Knowledge of cyberspace targeting, threat intelligence, and force employment models. Active TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for a CI polygraph. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate of a recognized Joint Planning Course. Experience with Combatant Command exercises or contingency planning. Hands-on experience with cyberspace operations in a CMT, CPT, or CST. Experience with Cyber Command tools such as UP, PCTE, BDP, JCC2. Familiarity with JCCs and integration across service components.
