Pre-assembly Production Manager

As Production Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the production area of the pre-assembly of finished eyewear within the Finishing department. You will be responsible for achieving all productive and non-productive targets and KPIs, such as output volumes, punctuality, level of service, costs, efficiency, safety, product quality, line saturation, etc. Here are some of your responsibilities: Coordinate the work of the pre-assembly area of finished eyewear, collaborating with other areas of the department; Ensure the achievement of productive and non-productive targets and KPIs in your area; Coordinate with production managers of other areas and supporting functions to ensure proper functioning and balance of the production process, and achieve specific targets; Lead and promote improvement projects related to processes, costs, service levels, quality, production output, and resource skills; Oversee reporting activities on departmental KPIs and work to improve their analytical insights; Foster a collaborative and proactive working environment within your team.
