O&M Engineer – Operations & Maintenance (Solar PV)

Job Responsibilities: Monitor PV plant performance using SCADA systems and remote diagnostics Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on inverters, switchboards, and panels Conduct inspections, infrared thermography, and string-level testing Manage documentation, maintenance logs, and reporting to asset managers Support emergency response and spare part coordination Qualifications: Degree or technical diploma in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering Minimum 2 years’ experience in O&M or field technical roles Strong knowledge of PV components, diagnostics, and site procedures Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Willingness to travel frequently within region J-18808-Ljbffr
