Insert date : 16 / 04 / 2024 Function : Site Supervisor Workplace : Italy : Novate Milanese (MI) Duration of Contract : Not indicated Monthly Salary Range : Not indicated Description Announcement Responsibilities : Reporting to the Site Manager, supervise on-site activities, highlighting any technical or organizational issues of the team or related to the execution of works by the company, collaborating with the Construction Management for relevant activities. Collaborate with the Construction Director in supervising the works in accordance with the specifications in the special tender specifications, and be present full-time during periods requiring daily control, as well as during testing phases and any maintenance. Verify, in collaboration with the QCQM, the documentation accompanying material supplies to ensure compliance with specifications and approval by the supplier's quality control structures. Before installation, verify that materials, equipment, and systems have passed the prescribed testing phases according to quality control, current regulations, or contractual specifications. Monitor subcontractors' activities, ensuring proper execution according to drawings and contractual technical specifications. Assist, together with the QCQM, in performing controls and sampling for laboratory tests and on-site testing. Assist in the testing of works and in commissioning and acceptance tests of systems. Prepare, together with the Accounting contact and on behalf of the Construction Director, the accounting documents and perform measurements necessary for quantifying works. Objectives : Manage construction activities on-site, ensuring: Compliance with health and safety regulations and the Group's KPI regarding H&S. Quality standards according to the project and group standards. Adherence to scheduled timeframes and budgets. Coordination of resources (internal and external) related to construction activities, according to contractual terms. Report to the Site Manager and, in the case of Tecne's Construction Management, also serve as Site Inspector. Requirements : Diploma of Surveyor / Degree in Civil Engineering and preferably professional certification. At least 5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure companies, with 2-3 years in the role of Site Inspector. Ability to prepare accounting documents and verify material quality according to technical standards. Teamwork predisposition. Result-oriented attitude.
