Maintenances Manager

Your mission : Ensuring that maintenance personnel are competent in the use of safe work procedures and promoting safety programs Monitoring compliance through internal audits Conducting departmental investigations about incidents and injuries, in light of implementing corrective actions Administering and monitoring tenders for primary maintenance services activities in coordination with the Purchasing Department Identifying opportunities to improve the entire maintenance process and enhance effectiveness and efficiency in terms of cost Assessing the maintenance personnel's competencies, especially through KPIs, and identifying training needs Training and developing maintenance department personnel and holding them accountable for achieving results Supervising and coordinating the processes of planning and scheduling activities Constantly monitoring performance in light of the plant's budget; taking all necessary actions to achieve the set results Responsibility for the execution of maintenance stops Your profile : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical Consolidated prior experience in an industrial environment, especially in personnel management in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance departments Extensive previous experience in medium and large industrial settings, coordinating mechanical and/or electrical maintenance departments Excellent knowledge of Italian regulations on Health and Safety in the workplace (Legislative Decree 81/08 and State-Region Agreements) Proficiency in English Willingness to travel Excellent organizational and document management skills Our offer : Unlimited employment contract Full-time position from Monday to Friday Salary based on professional experience Level: Quadro Direct reporting to the Managing Director Benefits : Flexible working hours; Learning & Development opportunities; Mobile phone; Parking; Nearby public transportation Before applying, please review our Internal Application Principles .
