Location: Fabriano, Ancona – Italy Full-time Are you ready to take the lead on innovative, sustainable technologies? We’re looking for a Project Leader to drive the development of our air conditioning and heat pump water heater products. What You’ll Do: Lead R&D projects from concept to launch. Work closely with global teams and top suppliers. Support testing, validation, and certification. Drive innovation and improve product performance. Keep stakeholders updated and contribute to strategy. What You Bring: Master’s degree Mechanical, Energy, or Industrial Engineering. A solid 3–4 years of experience in R&D project management (HVAC or appliances preferred). Strong coordination skills with cross-functional and international teams. Knowledge of thermodynamics, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Fluency in English (Chinese is a plus). Great planning, problem-solving, and time management skills. Why Join Us?
