La posizione Cerchiamo un/una Analog IC Engineer esperto in front-end per sensori MEMS (accelerometri, giroscopi, magnetometri, sensori di pressione, ecc.). La figura sarà responsabile dell’intero ciclo di sviluppo dei circuiti di interfaccia analogica—from concept to validation—ottimizzati per rumore, linearità e consumo. Responsabilità principali Progettazione, simulazione e verifica di front-end analogici/mixed-signal: amplificatori fully-differential a basso rumore, modulatori Σ-Δ, ADC/AFE integrati, generatori di bias & reference. Implementazione di tecniche di chopping, auto-zero e CDS per riduzione di offset e 1/f noise. Definizione specifiche di blocco e sistema in sinergia con marketing, layout e test. Model-based design: modellizzazione Wreal/Verilog-AMS del sensore front-end, co-simulazioni AMS e analyses di corner, Monte Carlo, mismatch. Analisi di rumore, THD, CMRR, PSRR e robustezza a variazioni di processo, temperature e supply. Supporto layout e review floor-plan per minimizzare parasitiche e diafonia. Characterization & debug post-silicio con strumentazione di precisione (lock-in, shaker-table, camera climatica). Redazione di report tecnici per clienti e management; mentorship di profili junior; interfaccia con foundry e service house di test & packaging. Requisiti Must-have 4-5 anni di esperienza in progettazione di AFE per MEMS o sensori di precisione Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica (o equivalente) Padronanza di Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre, Verilog-AMS, PSpice Solide basi su architetture fully differential, chopping & correlated-double-sampling Esperienza di modellizzazione Wreal e co-simulazioni AMS Nice-to-have Progettazione di Σ-Δ modulatori 2-3-4° ordine Conoscenza di tecniche di auto-calibrazione digitale Esperienza con processi CMOS Pubblicazioni/brevetti su front-end a basso rumore Familiarità con sensori MEMS inerziali e pressione Cosa offriamo Economics: Contratto a tempo indeterminato CCNL commercio, RAL base 40K annui (fino a 50K aseconda dell'esperienza).
