This position provides customized solutions for UPS customers to enhance their transportation systems and generate non-package revenues for Small Package, Freight, and SCS. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, developing project scopes, and supporting Solutions Engagement Resources (SERs) to grow the customer solutions business. The candidate will stay updated on industry trends and technology developments. Responsibilities : Complete programming activities (e.g., SQL, SSIS, BizTalk integrations, C#, Windows Services) to support business functions. Test both routine and custom functionalities to ensure quality deliverables. Seek clarification and approvals for assignment modifications. Obtain customer feedback to ensure solutions meet their needs. Provide subject matter expertise to increase knowledge of Customer Solutions. Keep project stakeholders informed of progress. Analyze data, interpret results, and make recommendations for solutions prior to implementation. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred). Experience with Microsoft Office, Visual Studio, BizTalk, or equivalent software. Experience in MS SQL 2016 database development and analysis. Experience in data manipulation and transformation.
