Actively contributes to the implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies, in line with the company vision, aimed at improving and integrating maintenance quality within daily production processes. Reports hierarchically to the Plant Manager. Main Activities Collaboration with technical departments for the organization of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance; Constant discussion with the Plant Manager for the definition of operational priorities; Management of emergencies in synergy with production departments, ensuring promptness and timeliness of interventions; Coordination of interventions, with supervision of the timing and resources involved; Interface with external suppliers and technicians for the management of specialized interventions; Responsibility for the procurement and availability of necessary spare parts. Requirements Of The Position Technical or professional degree; At least 5 years' experience in a similar role; Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package; Knowledge of SAP management software is appreciated; Technical skills in mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and hydraulics.
