Per Compagnia Assicurativa leader in Europa, we are seeking a Risk Engineer in Casualty to support the team in risk assessment and prevention strategies. Responsibilities Perform risk assessments for clients across various sectors, focusing on Casualty. Analyze operations, production processes, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance. Identify major risk exposures and propose technical solutions for mitigation. Prepare clear and structured risk assessment reports for underwriting processes. Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and clients to share results and develop improvement plans. Stay updated on current safety and civil liability regulations and emerging risk trends. Provide technical and training support to clients on prevention and risk management topics. Requirements Degree in Engineering or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in Risk Engineering or Industrial Safety, preferably in the insurance sector. Deep knowledge of civil liability risks in key industrial sectors (manufacturing, construction, chemical, etc.). Familiarity with national and international HSE regulations (e.g., D.Lgs. 81/08, ISO 45001). Willingness to travel for site inspections.
