Software Engineer

Silca, a dormakaba Company and a global player in the field of key and key duplication systems is looking for Junior Software Developer . Based in Vittorio Veneto, the new colleague will be working within the R&D Key Systems dept. on the development of key cutting machine application stack as well as the evolutionary maintenance of tools and processes already in use, in an international context. Your new role. Your future responsibilities: Join the KCM team for developing Silca’s applications and platforms; Develop new features for key cutting machine software; Write well-designed, testable code; Support team members and other functions; Support the Life cycle management of our current product; The skills we expect you to have: Degree in Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent education background; Good English language; Strong motivation to grow-up; Passion for the job and willing to learn new technologies; Interaction skills with colleagues and teamwork; Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; 1 years of experience on Javascript programming; 1 years of experience on C++ programming; Good to have: Familiarity with Linux OS, Yocto is a plus; Knowledge of firmware programming is a plus; Knowledge of Cloud environment is a plus; Knowledge of Java is a plus; Knowledge of Ruby programming; Familiarity with Javascript framework (Angular, React, Vue); What we are looking for: We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and coding.
