Knowledge of any inventory software program for easy inventory management and tracking is an advantage. Deep knowledge of arranging and organizing materials and equipment in a storeroom and/or warehouse ensuring easy access, identification and safety. This includes sorting out and separation of hazardous items with non-hazardous materials for proper and safe preservation. Ability to prepare and process packages and parcels for shipment. In order to maintain stock levels that meet multiple requirements, he must be organized and detail- oriented to be effective. Perform packaging and shipping boxes and parcels and choosing the best couriers and shipment methods. He will be in-charge of the equipment, materials and supplies regularly needed in the daily operation. Keep a track of the free issue material given to subcontractors to execute the work. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/Certificate. 10 years of experience in overall responsibility for the logistic of Complex Projects such as PV Plant or similar. Years of experience with medium-sized PV plant. MSOffice Package (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point), Windows Operating System. Professional English and intermediate Spanish. SKILLS keep adequate, organized inventory levels. Accurate storeroom records. Forklift operating kills are often required for the job.
