This role involves: Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes, and suggesting improvements. Elaborating proposals for improvements in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes. Leading the definition and execution of the Cell HSE roadmap for the testing area. Maintaining a constant presence in the shop to oversee daily operational aspects. Proactively leading HSE continuous improvements following the Process Safety model. Qualifications include: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety. Initial experience in operational activities. Ability to analyze complex issues and decompose them into manageable tasks. Experience leading projects with global teams. Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral. Motivated self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to work in the EU.
