Your primary focus will be on customizing and enhancing the Calypso platform to meet the specific needs of financial services clients. What You'll Be Doing Develop and implement Calypso solutions Customize the Calypso platform to meet client-specific requirements, including workflows, interfaces, and reports. Integrate Calypso with other systems and applications within the client’s IT landscape. Conduct end-to-end performance tests, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks. Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand complex requirements and deliver robust solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and DevOps practices. Coach and mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions. What You'll Bring Along Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Calypso development, preferably with V16 onwards. Experience with Calypso back-office functionality such as message, transfer generation, and customization. Experience with Calypso V16 onwards is preferred. Experience with CATT is an added advantage. Good knowledge of Java, Oracle & Unix. Capital Markets certifications or relevant industry certifications. Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
